KATSAN MASTIC-GUM PUDDING


Product Description: Pour 12.5 L of milk into a bowl. Add 2.5 kg of Mastic-Gum Pudding Powder Mix. Boil by mixing over medium heat and continue cooking for 3-4 minutes more. Whisk for 5 minutes with a mixer at high speed. Pour into bowls and let cool down to room temperature and then keep refrigerated for 30 mins.
