Recipe Name: BUTTERMILK MUFFIN
      Materials:


    330 g flour
    125 gr margarine
    1 egg
    200 ml of buttermilk dark
    1 teaspoon Cumin
    5 g of baking powder Ovalette
    salt
    parsley
    dill
    200 g feta cheese
      How to make:


    Melt margarine in a pot and wait for it to warm. Separate the yolk of the egg off the white and put the white in a deep container. Add buttermilk and margarine to the white of the egg and mix them together. Add baking soda, flavour and salt, knead until flawless. Clean the parsley and dill and fine-cut, then mix with feta cheese. Pluck pieces off the mould as the size of 2 walnuts and carve the middle then put some of the mixture in. Fold the mould and repeat the process until there is no mould left. Sort the muffins into the pan separately, cover them with the yolk that you spared before and spill some cumin on them. Cook 25-28 minutes in the oven that you pre-heated to 180 degrees. Serve warm.
